Interior designers for Neve Shamir and the new Beit Shemesh neighbourhoods

No studio in this ranking is based in Neve Shamir (Ramat Beit Shemesh Hey) yet, because the neighbourhood is still being built. The work here is almost all tenant changes on apartments bought off plan, so the useful filter is which studios state that they manage that process.

The housing here

  • Apartments bought from the developer before completion. Changes to walls, kitchens, electrics and finishes are requested through the developer's tenant-change process, with a deadline per building.
  • Standard finishes are included in the price; upgrades are quoted by the developer. A studio can tell you which changes are cheaper to do through the developer and which to leave for after handover.
  • Buyers are often abroad during the build. Ask how the studio handles approvals and site checks for an owner who is not in Israel.

What to ask. Ask which developers they have worked with in Beit Shemesh and whether they will attend the developer's tenant-change meetings with you.

Studios that state site management, for Neve Shamir and the new neighbourhoods

No ranked studio is based here yet, so this list shows the studios in the Beit Shemesh ranking that state on their site that they run the renovation on site, in ranking order. Any of them can take a job here; ask about travel and site visits.
